It is interesting to me how I am more social now that I am a mom than I have ever been. We go to playgroups, playdates, birthday parties, and spend time with other families. Even though there is all this socializing going on, my main focus is Anna's safety so I don't feel like I get to know anyone or have close friends. Hopefully it will get better the more we get together with others.

I've always been the mom in the group who let's their child fall down. Might look bad to some, but I've got one tough boy!
